1. Nature of Our Products

All products and services offered on thesageadco.com are digital in nature. This includes strategy guides, advertising assets, marketing blueprints, and consultation-based deliverables. As such, once access is granted or materials are delivered, the product is considered “used.”


2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your support request.
  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive the product within the expected delivery timeframe and have contacted us within 5 business days to report the issue.

To be eligible for a refund under any of these conditions, the request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • Lack of understanding of product content (unless the content was misrepresented)
  • Failure to use or implement the digital product
  • Disagreement with the marketing strategy outcomes (as performance is not guaranteed)

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email used at purchase
  • Order ID and product purchased
  • A clear explanation of the reason for your request
  • Any supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)

We will respond within 3 business days and work with you to resolve the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.


5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback through your financial institution. Unwarranted chargebacks for valid purchases may result in the permanent termination of your access to our services and future product offerings.


6. Product Access and Delivery

Most of our digital products are delivered via email, download link, or through a secured client portal immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your confirmation.
